Culture is something that’s a little hard to define and sometimes a little hard to get your arms around. But the culture at RJ Young definitely exists; you can almost taste it.

From the number of cars in the parking lot at 7:00 in the morning to the number of employees participating in our last Habitat build, there is an under lying thread that ties all of us together.

From the beginning in 1955, there’s been an atmosphere of “work hard; play hard.” Take care of the customers and always have fun. We believe strongly in the fact that we’re providing the best possible products and services backed by the best guarantee, service and employees anywhere. That’s a great feeling and a source of pride for us on a daily basis.

Even though we’re the 5th largest independent dealer in the country, we’re still family owned and that gives us a lot of power. It gives us the power to make decisions right away. It gives us the power to unconditionally do the right thing for our customers—without having to cut through an endless array of useless red tape. We just do it. Why? Because that’s the way we’re raised here.

That’s the way we think and it’s part of our culture.
