What is the reliability of the Ultimate 1?
The current 12-month average defective rate is .13%, which is less than 2 per 1,000 cartridges.

The Ultimate 1 cartridge is guaranteed against both material and workmanship defects, and it is guaranteed not to damage your laser printer.

When you agree to purchase your HP LaserJet toner from RJY, we will agree to give you unlimited service on all of your HP LaserJet printers as well as a discount on parts. You will also receive free shipping on all cartridge orders.
Print Management
Due to recent demand from many of our existing customers, RJ Young has developed a new comprehensive print program for HP LaserJet printers. Many of our customers have existing equipment in their offices that require service and support and RJ Young can offer this needed service and support.
Our new Print Management Program is a cost per print plan designed similar to what many of our customers have on their copy machines or multi-function devices. You pay a fee each month based on your volumes that includes all of your supplies, service, and parts.
In order to determine your volumes, we will need to take meter readings from all of your HP LaserJet printers. How is this done? Normally, someone would have to walk around your office and take readings from each individual printer but not anymore. RJ Young has a network device that will do this for you called Print Tracker. Print Tracker is a non-invasive software solution for gathering meter readings. It takes up virtually no space on your network and only takes five minutes to install. This software takes meter readings once a month and it automatically emails them to RJ Young.
