Company culture is something that’s a little hard to define and sometimes a little hard to get your arms around. Culture at RJ Young definitely exists and it starts with the people.

From the number of cars in the parking lot at 7:00 in the morning to the number of employees participating in our lastest Community Outreach programs, there is an under lying thread that ties all of us together.

From the beginning in 1955, there’s been an atmosphere of “work hard; play hard.” Take care of the customers and always have fun. We believe strongly in the fact that we’re providing the best possible products and services backed by the best guarantee, We Make It Right. That’s a great feeling and a source of pride for us on a daily basis.

Even though we’re the 5th largest independent dealer in the country, we’re still family owned and that gives us a lot of power. It gives us the power to make decisions right away. It gives us the power to unconditionally do the right thing for our customers—without having to cut through an endless array of useless red tape. We just do it. Why?
