This individual will be responsible for the proper set-up of new equipment, performing turn around maintenance of returned trial equipment, performing preventative maintenance on pre-owned equipment for resale, performing customer repairs on machines brought in to the Shop, filling out proper paperwork, and set up records on all machines coming through the shop department. High school diploma is required. Two year Technical degree preferred. |
PRODUCTION PRINT SPECIALIST Jackson, MS
As a Print Production Sales Specialist, you will be required to achieve 100% of quota through implementing creative sales strategies, performing extensive customer needs analyses and site surveys, meeting with decision makers, understanding corporate goals and the industry of each account, completing an account profile for each account, identifying challenges within the account's document workflow, continuous customer appointments and securing business throughout the process.Documented history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas is a must.
2-4 years sales experience in related field (High Volume, Color Copiers, Printers, Production Print, Commercial Printing equipment and Solution Products.) Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. |

TECHNICAL ADVISOR Nashville, TN
This individual will be responsible for using available software to help us be ProActive in servicing our customers. This individual would also be available to offer phone/web support on low-level hardware and connectivity issues. They would help build a knowledgebase of solutions to be utilized by the Technical Advice group or even by techs in the field. They will need to put a call in OMD for a service/connectivity tech to resolve if they cannot resolve it over the phone themselves. High school diploma is required. 2 years of college is desired but not required. Experience working with different software applications is desired. |

This individual will be responsible for generating supply sales to existing RJY customers who own Ricoh, Konica and Canon family copiers and faxes, and HP printers. They will also pass along machine leads to equipment sales reps. GRAPHIC DESIGNER Nashville, TN
Coordinate graphic jobs with production supervisor, troubleshoot customer’s computer files and communicate with customers to resolve any issues, work with sales people and their customer’s and production supervisor, create advertising for print, web, direct mail and outdoor, create sales collateral including one-sheets, brochures and presentations. The administrative assistant will be responsible for working with the Major Accounts team in all administrative responsibilities, conduct research for customer maintenance records, assisting reps with proposal writing, billing issues, and service history analysis, and performing clerical functions for the department. A high school education is required with advanced education preferred. Administrative office work experience is a plus. |
EQUIPMENT DELIVERY DRIVER Memphis, TN
Drivers will be responsible for timely delivery and installation of properly operating copiers and fax machines. Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment, ability to drive a 10,000 lb delivery vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, be organized and be able to communicate verbally as well as in written form. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be 21 years of age to obtain DOT Physical Card. Must have a Department of Transportation F Certification and a good driving record.One year of warehouse/delivery experience preferred.

FIELD ENGINEER Cookeville, TN
This individual will be responsible for servicing printing and scanning devices, maintaining adequate car stock to support service calls. He/she should have good customer service skills, organization and follow through skills. He/she will be responsible for maintaining appearance in conjunction with department dress code, attending weekly service meetings and following proper parts warranty procedures. Other responsibilities are attending factory schools, in-house training, computer training, and self pace courses as directed by the Service Manager. Individual must have a high school diploma, and a two-year technical degree is desired, but not required. Individual must have excellent customer service and organizational skills. Experience with Canon office equipment preferred. |
