Major Goals and Responsibilities

Substitute for site personnel in event of any absences

Learn & remain updated on services/procedures in all sites

Assist with training of new site employees

Assist with implementation of new sites

Assist as back-up support on Scanning Projects

Assist and maintain updated information in procedural manuals.

Hours will vary based on DMS Center (Various Hours for Centers:  Earliest 7:00am, Latest 6:00pm)

Covering or Assisting in Centers to include at times being available to work a Saturday, on or during Holidays/Events

Essential Activities

Pick-up and delivery of in-coming and out-going mail from building postal center, including opening, date stamp, and sorting.

Pick-up, sorting, and delivery of inter-office material

Operation of copy center, facsimile and meter equipment

Retrieve/Delivery of facsimiles from departments and transmit same

Maintenance of convenience copiers

Monthly meter readings and additional reports based on each DMS Center

Delivery of all supplies to convenience copiers

Assistance with training process for new employees

Quality Check finished product to customers
