Chip has worked at RJ Young since he was fourteen years old. In his own words, working for RJ Young is “the only life I’ve ever known.” In 1987, Chip started officially at RJ Young as a sales representative after graduating from the University of Mississippi. In 1989, he was promoted to Director of Sales, then eventually Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer.
In 1995 Chip was named President and CEO of RJ Young. Guided by an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit, Chip has led the company to see double-digit annual growth – now ranking as the largest, privately-held dealer of office technology solutions in the Southeast and one of the largest in the nation. He oversees an operation that covers nine states including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Virginia, North Carolina, Louisiana, and Tennessee, and employs more than 650 people in 34 locations.
Chip Crunk serves as the president of the School of Business Board for Ole Miss, is a founding member and past president of the Nashville Entrepreneur Organization (EO), and serves on the board of directors of Fourth Capital Bank. Throughout his career, he’s also been an active member of the Ricoh Executive Steering Committee, the Canon Dealer Council, and the Copier Dealers Association. He is active in the community and civic organizations and enjoys flying, boating, golfing, and the Tennessee Titans. Chip and his wife Gina reside in Brentwood, TN, and have two children.
Joining the team in 2016, AJ previously served as the CFO and COO for RJ Young before being named President in 2023. AJ is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Lipscomb University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He currently serves on the board of directors for Recovery Refuge and Make-A-Wish of Middle Tennessee, as well as sitting on the advisory board for Ricoh USA, Kyocera, and Verkada. Prior to joining RJ Young, AJ held senior positions with Diversicare Healthcare Services and Deloitte. He and his wife, Miranda, live in Gallatin with their two boys, Aiden and Brady.
Jason began his career in the imaging industry in Bristol, VA. Prior to joining the RJ Young family, Bordwine worked in accounting positions and executive roles at Bristol Office Supply Inc, which was acquired by RJ Young in 2017. Prior to his current role in the organization, Bordwine served as the General Manager of RJ Young’s Eastern branches, sales administration manager, senior operations manager, VP of Operations, and most recently, Chief Financial Officer.
Outside of work, Bordwine enjoys spending time outdoors, often whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, camping, and spending quality time with his wife, two sons and two golden retrievers.
Brantley has spent over 15 years working in the technology and business consulting space, with much of that time being spent in team leadership. He has a bachelor’s degree from Harding University. Brantley lives in Spring Hill, TN with his wife, Adrienne, and their two daughters, Ainsley and Amelia.
With 14 years of experience in B2C and B2B industries, Kamron began his marketing role at RJ Young in early 2023 and was promoted in December to his current role as VP of Marketing.
Kamron graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and throughout his career, he has been highly regarded for establishing partnerships, generating revenue, and creating innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Kamron is a Nashville native who lives in Hendersonville, TN with his wife Erin and two boys Henley and Kalvin. During time away from work, he enjoys driving his vintage Toyota Land Cruiser or catching a live concert in Nashville.
With 35 years in the industry, Keith Burrell joined RJ Young in 1998. He began his career with RJ Young as a Service Manager and In 2007 was promoted to Sales Manager of the Chattanooga, TN and Rome, GA branches. In 2008, Chattanooga was awarded “Branch of the Year” and Keith received the John T. Crunk Leadership Award – the company’s highest honor. He transitioned to a Regional Service Manager role in 2012, leading RJ Young’s southern branches. In 2018, Keith once again received the John T. Crunk Leadership award.
Keith was promoted to the Regional Business Manager of the eastern region in 2019 and named the Regional Vice President of the East one year later. In 2025, Keith was promoted to Vice President Service and Aftermarket. In his free time, Keith enjoys playing golf and riding motorcycles. He lives in Ooltewah, TN with his wife Jennifer.
In 2011, Chris began his RJ Young career as a business development rep on the Nashville Ricoh team before being promoted to Account Executive later that year. He was then promoted to Sales Manager of the Nashville Canon Team in 2012. Chris relocated to Birmingham in 2017 and currently leads sales efforts across RJ Young. He is a native of Paducah, Kentucky and earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science and master’s degree in sports management from Delta State University. Chris played baseball at the university and was a graduate assistant coach from 2006-2011. He and his wife, Kate, live in Hoover, AL with their children, Ryker and Ridley.
John joined RJ Young in 2025 and currently serves as the Vice President of Technology Sales. Prior to RJ Young, he led go-to-market efforts for cybersecurity and physical security leaders Darktrace and Verkada—launching and scaling their Austin, Texas offices and building high-performing sales teams. John originally connected with RJ Young while partnering with them at Verkada, where the foundation for today’s Technology Solutions division began.
Before entering the tech space, John spent the early part of his career in medical sales, building out new territories across spinal surgery and biopharmaceutical verticals. A proud alumnus of Louisiana State University, he recently relocated from Austin after a decade of calling it home. He and his wife, Morgan, live in Nashville with their two dogs—Hank, a Saint Bernard, and Leo, a cocker spaniel. John finds joy in bringing people together, whether over a shared meal, a hunting trip, or a meaningful conversation with friends and family.
